周向黨，1950年出生于號(hào)稱玫瑰之鄉(xiāng)的平陰玫瑰鎮(zhèn)的一個(gè)革命家庭，父母親早年因病去世，她與兩個(gè)妹妹成為孤兒，得到了人民政府和周圍群眾的關(guān)愛照顧。1968年，周向黨參軍入伍，成為一名光榮的女飛行員，能承擔(dān)四種不同機(jī)種的飛行任務(wù)，獲得過空軍功勛。在她數(shù)十載飛行生涯中，出色圓滿地完成了接送黨和國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、南疆保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)、唐山大地震救援等任務(wù)。
周向黨是新中國培養(yǎng)的第四批女飛行員，能承擔(dān)四種不同機(jī)種的飛行任務(wù)。對(duì)于名字中的向黨兩個(gè)字，還有一段來歷，周向黨介紹說：“因?yàn)樽约菏莻€(gè)孤兒，7歲父親去世了，14歲母親又離開了人間，實(shí)際上是在黨和人民的培養(yǎng)之下長大的。我叫向黨，我心向黨，自己所作所為，自己的行動(dòng)時(shí)刻要向黨向人民負(fù)責(zé)。” 1973年八一電影制片廠以周向黨為主角拍攝了紀(jì)錄片《英姿颯爽上藍(lán)天》，數(shù)十載飛行生涯，周向黨出色圓滿地完成了接送中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、兩次參加南疆保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)、唐山大地震救援，運(yùn)輸緊急物資等艱巨工作。她與飛行員陳義紅結(jié)成藍(lán)天伉儷，并肩戰(zhàn)斗。陳義紅多年飛中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人專機(jī)，他駕駛過的飛機(jī)也曾是奉命偵查唐山大地震災(zāi)情的第一架飛機(jī)。 上世紀(jì)九十年代，周向黨陳義紅夫婦先后結(jié)束戎馬生涯，卻依然把心與軍隊(duì)、與國防緊緊聯(lián)系在一起。回到第二故鄉(xiāng)上海。
周向黨職位先后擔(dān)任民政局副局長、武裝部部長、國防教育將士講師團(tuán)秘書長，東方講壇成員等職。
1968 年，18 歲的周向黨應(yīng)征入伍了，是艱苦的地方——貴州軍區(qū)。 毛主席在1961 年為女民兵的照片題七絕一首，后來發(fā)表在《人民文學(xué)》上，當(dāng)時(shí)有人把它譜寫成歌，那個(gè)時(shí)代的青年幾乎人人會(huì)唱—— 颯爽英姿五尺槍， 曙光初照演兵場。 中華兒女多奇志， 不愛紅裝愛武裝。 周向黨喜歡這首歌，別人，甚至她自己內(nèi)心里都覺得，她就是毛主席表揚(yáng)的形象。她有著1 米68的身材；有著永不服輸、勇往直前的勁頭；有著一不怕苦、二不怕死的精神；有著爽朗熱烈的性格，還有漂亮的模樣。 她剛當(dāng)新兵就成為班長，1969 年她參加云南救災(zāi)表現(xiàn)突出，昆明軍區(qū)授予她三等功。 1970 年軍委下令調(diào)她回北京提干，她放棄了，繼續(xù)留在基層當(dāng)戰(zhàn)士，同時(shí)也放棄了回北京照顧兩個(gè)妹妹的機(jī)會(huì)。但她抓住了另一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，參加空軍當(dāng)飛行員。那是一場場千辛萬苦的磨練，集膽量、智慧、信心、感性和理性等因素于一體的磨練。在磨練的過程中，1970 年12 月她光榮加入中國共產(chǎn)黨，并當(dāng)上飛行學(xué)員班長。而后，她成為中國空軍第四代女飛行員，能夠飛四種機(jī)型。
周向黨的父親是山東人，是老共產(chǎn)黨員，擔(dān)任過游擊隊(duì)長和貧協(xié)主席。他沒有死于敵人的暗算和槍彈，而是作為工人代表光榮進(jìn)京，參加了紀(jì)念碑的奠基。而后，他帶領(lǐng)三十多位家鄉(xiāng)優(yōu)秀的石匠，為紀(jì)念碑的修建鞠躬盡瘁。在人民英雄紀(jì)念碑即將建成的時(shí)候，因積勞成疾撒手人寰。 父親追隨英烈而去。那年，父親只有43 歲，給周向黨留下了生命、姓名和記憶。那年，周向黨7 歲。14 歲時(shí)，母親又去世了，周向黨還有兩個(gè)妹妹，三姊妹成為孤兒。周向黨挑起生活的重?fù)?dān)，像正常家庭一樣過日子。周向黨說，她們是在黨中央、地方各級(jí)政府和人民群眾的關(guān)心照顧下成長起來的，她曾受到過毛主席、周總理等黨和國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的多次接見。
1974 年周向黨到了空軍34 專機(jī)師，圓滿地完成了接送中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人、兩次參加南疆保衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)、唐山大地震救援、運(yùn)輸緊急物資等艱巨任務(wù)。期間，周向黨收獲了榮譽(yù)，也收獲了愛情。 她是中國空軍的一枝花，花兒理應(yīng)在空軍中開放。陳義紅是唐山大地震后第一個(gè)駕機(jī)飛入地震上空偵察的英雄，多年飛中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的專機(jī)，與周向黨“門當(dāng)戶對(duì)”，他們成了藍(lán)天伉儷。
1973年，八一電影制片廠曾以周向黨為主角，拍攝了紀(jì)錄片《英姿颯爽上藍(lán)天》。周向黨后來與飛行員陳義紅結(jié)成藍(lán)天伉儷，并肩戰(zhàn)斗。先后擔(dān)任上海市浦東新區(qū)民政局副局長、人武部副部長等職，如今他們傾情投身基層國防教育，成為傳播正能量的楷模。
退伍后，周向黨從事民政工作，繼續(xù)為老百姓，為國家服務(wù)。周向黨創(chuàng)立了公益慈善超市、林苑少年航空軍校和菊園青少年航空軍校。兩所學(xué)校的特色教育是宇航知識(shí)，在軍事訓(xùn)練方面很有特色，都被評(píng)為全國示范少年軍校。
她多方協(xié)調(diào)，創(chuàng)立了兩所全國示范性“少年航空軍校”，林苑少年航空軍校和菊園青少年航空軍校。通過現(xiàn)身說法進(jìn)行愛國主義教育和國防教育。從小培養(yǎng)孩子們的藍(lán)天夢，按照飛行員的八項(xiàng)要素要求自己，并且由部隊(duì)參與幫助進(jìn)行軍事訓(xùn)練，讓航空學(xué)會(huì)派出專家，講航空知識(shí)、科普知識(shí)。進(jìn)行軍事操訓(xùn)練，隊(duì)列操表演，每當(dāng)看到家長和孩子們的笑容和精彩的表現(xiàn)，周向黨就特別高興，覺得生命得到了延續(xù)。
周向黨夫婦不忘初心，深入推進(jìn)“黨建帶關(guān)建”，充分發(fā)揮廣大離退休干部正能量作用，經(jīng)常參加學(xué)校組織的紅色活動(dòng)，戴上紅領(lǐng)巾，以“紅色輔導(dǎo)員”的身份為同學(xué)們帶去黨史、國史教育的生動(dòng)一課。

2023中國首屆職工健藝美大賽，已于今年7月拉開帷幕，計(jì)劃將于今年12月底截稿。
為進(jìn)一步提高大賽的影響力，更好地服務(wù)參賽作者，成立大賽組委會(huì)，將肩負(fù)起參賽稿件整理、初選、初審、復(fù)審以及創(chuàng)作導(dǎo)向、意識(shí)形態(tài)等領(lǐng)域的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范。

據(jù)悉，中國首屆職工健藝美大賽是圍繞 “舉旗幟、聚民心、育新人、興文化、 展形象”的使命任務(wù)，以培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀為主線，以 “中國夢·勞動(dòng)美”為主題，以職工對(duì)自身健藝美文化需求為中心，著力增強(qiáng)職工文化的政治性、先進(jìn)性、群眾性，著力創(chuàng)新職工文化建設(shè)的理念、機(jī)制和手段，著力構(gòu)建職工文化繁榮發(fā)展，著力增強(qiáng)廣大職工的文化自信，為實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢，提供強(qiáng)大價(jià)值引導(dǎo)力、文化凝聚力和精神推動(dòng)力。
本次大賽將由中國五老公益工程組織委員會(huì)、中國職工技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)、中國文學(xué)藝術(shù)基金會(huì)牽頭，聯(lián)合相關(guān)行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)以及健康產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化藝術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)、美業(yè)等知名產(chǎn)業(yè)、龍頭企業(yè)共同參與。旨在搭建一個(gè)“健藝美”產(chǎn)業(yè)業(yè)界和廣大各行業(yè)職工之間交流、溝通的平臺(tái)；讓全國各行業(yè)職工踴躍參與，促進(jìn)各行業(yè)人才創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)意項(xiàng)目的發(fā)掘以及高端綜合型人才的定制性培養(yǎng)。
同時(shí)本次大賽涌現(xiàn)的優(yōu)秀項(xiàng)目將由國內(nèi)知名企業(yè)及機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)適合本身的項(xiàng)目參與投資，加快創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目的培養(yǎng)，為“健藝美+”新型文化業(yè)態(tài)的形成貢獻(xiàn)一份力量，達(dá)到服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)、推動(dòng)健藝美產(chǎn)業(yè)良性健康發(fā)展。
據(jù)悉，2023中國首屆職工健藝美大賽將由中國五老公益工程組織委員會(huì)、中國職工技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)、中國文學(xué)藝術(shù)基金會(huì)主辦，中國職工技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)新紀(jì)實(shí)影像技術(shù)專業(yè)委員會(huì)、杉杉蘭格（重慶）文化發(fā)展有限公司承辦。屆時(shí)，大賽將重慶、北京、上海、鄭州、 杭州、三亞、成都、深圳、沈陽 、天津等10個(gè)賽區(qū)進(jìn)行，將致力于打造中國最具權(quán)威性和影響力的職工比賽，也是各行業(yè)職工音樂藝術(shù)愛好者學(xué)習(xí)、交流、展示、提升的重要平臺(tái)。
