這枚錢幣正面中央圖案為“十八星鐵血旗”和“五色國(guó)旗”交叉而立、旗后有纓帶，雙旗寓意全國(guó)一統(tǒng)與民族大團(tuán)結(jié)；直徑：3.2cm 重：9.7g。錢幣正面圈外上部書(shū)中華民國(guó)；左右飾有花紋；下方為開(kāi)國(guó)紀(jì)念幣；背面則鐫“十文”標(biāo)明幣值。左右圖案則為稻穗組成嘉禾紋，寓意豐民足歲； 此枚錢幣保存完好，包漿渾厚，流通使用痕跡明顯，錢幣上面的圖文至今仍然清晰可見(jiàn)，乃當(dāng)時(shí)造幣量較少的一種品種，極具收藏價(jià)值。該錢幣保存較為完好，包漿濃厚，值得收藏。
