銀幣正面中央珠圈內(nèi)鐫滿(mǎn)漢文“宣統(tǒng)元寶”四字，珠圈外上端鐫漢字“廣東省造”，下端鐫漢字“庫(kù)平七錢(qián)二分”，左右各鐫一個(gè)六瓣花星。
背面中央鐫蟠龍圖，上端鐫英文廣東省，下端鐫英文七錢(qián)二分幣值，左右各鐫一個(gè)六瓣花星。
