插票冊(cè)供集藏郵票用的簿冊(cè)，又稱郵票插冊(cè)、集郵冊(cè)。插票冊(cè)一般用較厚的紙板制成,,內(nèi)有固定的插票頁；在插票頁上嵌有用玻璃紙或透明膠片做成的插槽，供插放郵票用。因郵票能在插票冊(cè)內(nèi)隨意插入、提取，故集郵者多作為暫時(shí)存放郵票使用。這種郵票插冊(cè)，遇氣候潮濕或在亞熱帶地區(qū)使用，郵票背膠極易與插票頁粘連；無法提取；或致使郵票發(fā)霉。若遇插槽透明膠片材質(zhì)低劣，也易使郵票出現(xiàn)化學(xué)反映。因此，制作插票冊(cè)的材料必須講究，以不損壞郵票品相為選材標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時(shí)，存放時(shí)需要通風(fēng)、防潮。與插票冊(cè)同一類型的，尚有小型張、明信片、首日封插冊(cè)。插票冊(cè)的形式，分固定式和活頁式兩種。
A book for collecting stamps, also known as a stamp book or philatelic book. 小型張插冊(cè):專門為保存小型張?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)制作的郵票插冊(cè)。分冊(cè)式和簿式。冊(cè)式的插票槽可插放小型張，也可插四聯(lián)或多聯(lián)票，國(guó)外稱聯(lián)票簿。
首日封插冊(cè):專門為保存首日封設(shè)計(jì)制作的插冊(cè)。每個(gè)插票槽或袋的尺寸同于一枚標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信封。適應(yīng)信封規(guī)格的有普通首日封插冊(cè)、大號(hào)首日封插冊(cè)及雙聯(lián)首日封插冊(cè)等。
