徐培晨認(rèn)為：藝術(shù)品是屬于社會、屬于人民，個人收藏?zé)o私奉獻(xiàn)才能讓珍品找到歸宿，真正發(fā)揮作用。

08年伊始，徐培晨先后籌建了五座藝術(shù)館，從馬鞍山到黃山，溧陽到徐州，再到淮安，每座藝術(shù)館都付出了巨大的心血。他向政府無償捐贈了自己的花鳥、山水、人物等二三百幅工筆和寫意作品，同時還將自己收藏的張大千、鄭板橋、傅抱石、唐云、高二適、費丹旭、石魯、張辛稼、黎雄才、蘇天賜、劉文西、劉大為、馮遠(yuǎn)等名家書畫以及漢代的畫像石、漢印、漢簡、漢俑唐俑青銅器等都無償捐贈給了國家。

He donated two or three hundred fine brushwork and freehand brushwork to the government, including flowers and birds, mountains and rivers, figures, etc. He also donated his collection of Zhang Daqian, Zheng Banqiao, Fu Baoshi, Tang Yun, Gao Ershi, Fei danxu, Shi Lu, Zhang Xinjia, Li Xiongcai, Su Tianci, Liu Wenxi, Liu Dawei, Feng Yuan and other famous calligraphies and paintings of Han Dynasty, Han seal, Han bamboo, Han figurine and Tang Figurine bronze Utensils and so on were donated to the state free of charge.
著名花鳥畫家譚勇也是徐培晨的老師，老人家70、80、90歲時的個人作品展，全部由徐培晨張羅操辦，就連媒體宣傳，徐培晨也積極聯(lián)系，認(rèn)真提供譚老宣傳資料。
Tan Yong, a famous flower and bird painter, is also Xu Peichen's teacher. The exhibition of the old man's personal works at the age of 70, 80 and 90 is all organized by Zhang Luo of Xu Peichen. Even with media publicity, Xu Peichen also actively contacts and earnestly provides Tan's publicity materials.
自閉桃源稱太古，欲栽大木柱長天。徐培晨特別尊師重教，“國之將興,必尊師而重傅”。只有尊師重道,才能虛心好學(xué),以長為師，才能重視自己品德和意志的修養(yǎng)。王弗達(dá)教授家庭拮據(jù)，徐培晨主動為其舉辦展覽;他不但為其另一老師楊建侯出版專輯，其女兒楊左棠的書法集也由徐培晨出資出版。
The autistic peach garden is called archaic. It wants to plant big wooden pillars for a long time. 徐培晨在參加教育部主辦的工筆畫高師研修班時，得知導(dǎo)師李際科沒有出過畫冊 ，他積極聯(lián)系并支持資金，終于使天津人民美術(shù)出版社出版了他的導(dǎo)師專輯。
When Xu Peichen took part in the workshop of fine brushwork teachers sponsored by the Ministry of education, he learned that his tutor Li Jike had never produced a picture album. He actively contacted and supported the fund, and finally made Tianjin People's Art Publishing House publish his tutor album.
黃山書法協(xié)會的朱開霖一直想出一本自己的書法專集，苦于資金問題，為完成其心愿，徐培晨慷慨解囊，圓了一個書法人的夢想。

科威特著名女作家、記者、專欄評論家穆尼爾·納素夫說，寬宏大量的人，他的愛心往往多于怨恨，他樂觀愉快、豁達(dá)、忍讓而不悲傷、消沉、焦躁、惱怒。徐培晨正是以這種仁愛之心、愉悅之心、充滿陽光、充滿活力去生活，去創(chuàng)作，去為人民服務(wù)，正因如此，才使他和他的作品達(dá)到一個藝術(shù)家極盡向往和探究的德藝雙馨至高境界的。
