上合組織迎來了第17個生日，在美麗的孔子故里山東青島勝利召開。這是一次劃時代意義的峰會，也是上合組織成立以來規(guī)模最大、級別最高、成果最多的一次峰會。“和”與“合”中國儒家文化與“上海精神”完美結(jié)合，拉開新型國際關(guān)系的序幕。為了慶祝此次盛會的順利召開，特別委托北京工美集團國禮中心、中國工藝美術(shù)大師張鐵成歷時五年創(chuàng)作出品了《和合徽寶》。
SCO celebrated its 17th birthday in Qingdao, Shandong, the beautiful hometown of Confucius. This is a landmark summit and the largest, highest level and most fruitful summit since the establishment of the SCO. "Harmony" and "harmony" the perfect combination of Chinese Confucian culture and "Shanghai spirit" opened the prelude to a new type of international relations. In order to celebrate the smooth holding of this grand event, Zhang Tiecheng, a master of Arts and crafts in China and a state ceremony center of Beijing Gongmei group, was specially entrusted to create and produce the "he He He Hui Bao" for five years.
和合徽寶玉璽打破了傳統(tǒng)的外觀，首次采用中華漢字“合”字為創(chuàng)作原型，這一設(shè)計契合了上合峰會的主題“和平、合作”。璽鈕整體為拱橋形狀，以祥云如意為設(shè)計元素，共雕刻八朵吉祥云飾，代表上合組織八個正式成員國，璽頂四周雕刻和平鴿與橄欖枝，中心雕刻地球，寓意全球和平相處，合作共贏，共同建立美好世界。璽基最上面四周立體雕刻連枝紋，寓意全球團結(jié)互助，繁榮發(fā)展，璽基正面雕刻著名外交官沙祖康親自題寫的璽名與“人類命運共同體”中英文字樣，璽基側(cè)面雕刻上合峰會的核心宗旨，璽基背面雕刻工美集團和監(jiān)制單位LOGO以及中英文字樣。璽印是代表上合峰會核心主題的“和平、合作”中英文字樣，這一設(shè)計元素由篆刻藝術(shù)家王玉書親自設(shè)計。整體展現(xiàn)中華民族獨特的民族文化，彰顯一國之威嚴(yán)。
He He Hui Bao jade seal broke the traditional appearance and adopted the Chinese character "he" as the creation prototype for the first time. This design fits the theme of the SCO summit "peace and cooperation". The overall shape of the Xi button is an arch bridge, with Xiangyun Ruyi as the design element. Eight auspicious cloud decorations are carved, representing the eight official member countries of the SCO. Around the top of the Xi, doves and olive branches are carved, and the earth is carved in the center, implying global peace, win-win cooperation and building a beautiful world together. On the top of the base, there are three-dimensional carvings with branches, implying global solidarity, prosperity and development. On the front of the base, there are Chinese and English characters inscribed by the famous diplomat, Sha Zukang, and "community of human destiny". On the side of the base, there are carvings of the core tenet of the summit. On the back of the base, there are logo of Gongmei group and the supervising unit as well as Chinese and English characters. The seal is a Chinese and English version of "peace and cooperation" which represents the core theme of the SCO summit. This design element was designed by Wang Yushu, a seal cutting artist. It shows the unique national culture of the Chinese nation as a whole and shows the majesty of a country.
張鐵成，1967年4月24日出生于北京。1983年考入北京玉器廠技校，1986年進入北京玉器廠技術(shù)科新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)組工作。他繼承北京皇家宮廷玉器端莊大氣的精髓，多次參與國家重大事件禮儀用玉的設(shè)計和制作，屢獲大獎。張鐵成作品元素亦多取材中國玉器中屬于禮器的重要者，如六瑞、六器、以及其它禮器玉，并能于玉料之內(nèi)加以巧妙構(gòu)思及風(fēng)范氣勢，妙有氣韻，且具備創(chuàng)意與革新精神，曠代鐵筆，臻于大成！
Zhang Tiecheng was born in Beijing on April 24, 1967. In 1983, he was admitted to the technical school of Beijing jade factory, and in 1986, he joined the new product development group of the technical department of Beijing jade factory. He inherited the essence of the elegant jade of the royal court in Beijing, participated in the design and production of ceremonial jade for major national events for many times, and won numerous awards. The elements of Zhang Tiecheng's works are mostly from the important ones of Chinese jade wares, such as liurui, Liuqi, and other jade wares, which can be cleverly conceived and styled in the jade materials. They are wonderful, charming, creative and innovative. They are Kuang Dai's iron pen and reach the great success!
被業(yè)界尊稱為“京派玉雕第三代傳人”的張鐵成出身于玉雕名家的搖籃的北京玉器廠。張鐵成在北京玉器廠工作的時候，其作品以大件為主，這和北京玉雕的宮廷風(fēng)必須用大件雕刻方顯氣派有很大的關(guān)系。如今，隨著市場風(fēng)向的轉(zhuǎn)變，很多北京玉雕公司也開始接地氣了，大小工藝混合，制造和加工也時常雙線并行。
