齊由來《百龍圖》 國(guó)家提出“文化興國(guó)，富強(qiáng)于民”的偉大戰(zhàn)略齊白石紀(jì)念館為響應(yīng)國(guó)家的號(hào)召，以傳承中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化精髓-------中國(guó)龍文化，特邀請(qǐng)齊白石嫡孫、齊派第三代掌門人齊由來大師，傳承齊派藝術(shù)風(fēng)格，弘揚(yáng)民族文化、再創(chuàng)《百龍圖》二十二米國(guó)畫長(zhǎng)卷。
In response to the call of the country to inherit the essence of Chinese traditional culture-Chinese dragon culture, Qi Baishi Memorial Hall specially invited Qi Baishi's grandson, Master Qi Youlai, the third generation leader of Qi School, to inherit the artistic style of Qi School, carry forward the national culture, and re-create the 22-meter long scroll of Chinese painting in "Hundred Dragons Map".
幾十年來，齊由來牢牢記住白石老人的諄諄教誨，潛心鉆研畫技。他在研習(xí)齊派藝術(shù)的同時(shí)，博采眾家之長(zhǎng)，并融會(huì)自己獨(dú)特的感悟，形成了清新明麗的畫風(fēng)，其花鳥蟲魚獨(dú)樹一幟。他精心創(chuàng)作的兩幅長(zhǎng)卷《百龍圖》、《百貓圖》，被人民大會(huì)堂收藏。全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)副委員長(zhǎng)王光英為他題詞：“承白石神韻，揚(yáng)民族文化”。
For decades, Qi Youlai kept in mind the inculcation of Baishi and devoted himself to studying painting skills. While studying the art of Qi School, he learned from other families and integrated his own unique feelings, forming a fresh and beautiful style of painting, which is unique in flowers, birds, insects and fish. He carefully created two long scrolls, One Hundred Dragons and One Hundred Cats, which were collected in the Great Hall of the People. Wang Guangying, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, wrote an inscription for him: "Inheriting the charm of Baishi and promoting national culture".
齊由來《百龍圖》 齊由來深得齊白石技法的神韻，同時(shí)又各自都有自己的創(chuàng)新，他所畫的龍，姿態(tài)各異，但全都生動(dòng)活潑，栩栩如生，其畫作運(yùn)筆，水墨相溶，明鏡透視得當(dāng)。在當(dāng)今畫壇，也只有齊派傳人能有此功力！ 此幅畫作得到中央電視臺(tái)三位頂級(jí)鑒寶專家的一致好評(píng)，并且這幅《百龍圖》長(zhǎng)卷在整個(gè)齊派藝術(shù)作品中也是非常稀少的國(guó)畫長(zhǎng)卷，其投資價(jià)值和收藏價(jià)值也都會(huì)將是畫壇奇跡，并一次收藏了玉雕大師仵海洲創(chuàng)作的巴林雞血翔龍寶璽一方，作品比單獨(dú)的價(jià)值高出幾倍。因此其意義非凡，其價(jià)值不可估量，極具投資收藏意義。

齊由來1934年出生于湖南湘潭白石故居寄萍堂老屋，是我國(guó)杰出的藝術(shù)大師齊白石的第10孫。其父齊子如乃白石三子，工筆草蟲堪稱一絕，深得老人厚愛。白石老人常與他合作，白石老人畫花、子如畫蟲，父子搭檔傳為畫壇佳話。
Qi Youlai was born in 1934 in Jiping Hall, the former residence of Baishi in Xiangtan, Hunan Province. He is the 10th grandson of Qi Baishi, an outstanding master of art in China. His father, Qi Ziru, is the third son of Baishi, and his meticulous grass bug is a must, which has won the love of the elderly. The old man Baishi often cooperates with him. The old man Baishi paints flowers, and his son is like a painting worm. The father-son partnership is a famous story in painting circles.

目前，齊由來雖年事已高，但仍擔(dān)任國(guó)際文人畫家總會(huì)常務(wù)理事、齊白石研究會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)、湖南省美術(shù)館畫師，多次在廣東、山東、遼寧、吉林等地舉辦個(gè)人畫展。齊由來鐘情南粵山水，常來廣東作畫，并希望在廣東成立齊白石研究會(huì)。
At present, although Qi Youlai is old, he still serves as the executive director of the International Association of Literati Painters, the vice president of Qi Baishi Research Association and the painter of Hunan Provincial Art Museum, and has held solo exhibitions in Guangdong, Shandong, Liaoning and Jilin for many times. Qi Youlai loves the landscape of South Guangdong, often comes to Guangdong to paint, and hopes to set up Qi Baishi Research Association in Guangdong.
