隨后在頒布的“臨時(shí)大總統(tǒng)令”中提出要“另刊新模，鼓鑄紀(jì)念幣”，國民政府統(tǒng)一幣模后，原本的錢幣便停止了鑄造發(fā)行，因而四川造幣廠貳百文鑄造量少，流通時(shí)間短，極其珍貴。最稀有的銅幣之一—中華民國二年貳百文雙旗幣。雙旗二百文直纓版又分紅、黃銅質(zhì)兩種。其紅銅質(zhì)者，鑄工精美，文字規(guī)范，英文書寫正確，紋飾清晰，當(dāng)為民國2年(1913年）四川建幣廠早期鑄造品。

此錢幣正面中心直書“貳百文”面值，兩旁分列嘉穗圖案，上沿鐫年號(hào)“中華民國二年”，下沿鐫廠名“四川造幣廠造”，左右分列十字花星。鑄工精美，文字規(guī)范，英文書寫正確，紋飾清晰，當(dāng)為民國2年(1913年）四川建幣廠早期鑄造品，這是民國時(shí)期四川銅元中唯一使用英文的一種。由于雙旗幣產(chǎn)生于民國時(shí)期，民國在中國歷史上僅僅存在了幾十年的時(shí)間，因此，在兵荒馬亂的年代，錢幣在經(jīng)歷了無窮的歲月之后，依然可以完整地保留下來，實(shí)屬不易。

藏品雖經(jīng)歷了無窮歲月，但紋路依然清晰可見，表面渾厚的包漿也見證了其歷史的積淀，具有明顯的歷史過渡性特征，有著難以言喻的收藏價(jià)值，且該枚中華民國雙旗幣二佰文銅幣現(xiàn)存世量極為稀少，具有極高的收藏價(jià)值與投資價(jià)值。
