【藏品簡介】：最近幾年，在國家大力提倡推廣中國文化的大趨勢下，錢幣市場有了巨大的變化，并且一直在持續(xù)的升溫中，諸多錢幣的價(jià)格都在節(jié)節(jié)高升，“袁大頭”就是其中一個(gè)典型的代表。我們俗稱的“袁大頭”銀元，其實(shí)是指在辛亥革命后，袁世凱為了解決軍費(fèi)和提高個(gè)人政治地位而發(fā)行的銀元貨幣，因這些銀元鑄有他的側(cè)身圖像而得名，嚴(yán)格來說叫“袁世凱像背嘉禾銀幣”。

“袁大頭”由于鑄地多、鑄量大，出現(xiàn)了許多版別。有趣的是，盡管版別不同，但“袁大頭”的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)重量都為七錢二分。按年號(hào)，“袁大頭”分為民國三年、八年、九年、十年共四個(gè)鑄造年份，其中三年、九年、十年屬于比較常見的銀幣，從面值上看，面值壹圓的多，中圓(五角)的少，貳角、壹角銀幣略少。
