從櫻花國度傳來喜訊，第十五屆日本東京國際書畫大賞展即將在東京都美術館隆重舉行，北美視覺藝術研究院六位新銳當代藝術家應邀參加第十五屆日本東京國際書畫大賞展，均榮獲重要獎項。實體的線下展覽及頒奬開幕式將于5月29日— 6月4日在東京都美術館舉行，東京都美術館是日本第一座國立公共美術館，東京國際書畫大賞展也是重要的國際藝術沙龍。
此次展覽活動由 NPO 法人日本國際藝術研究院主辦，并由日本國外交部、文化部、東京都政府、中國駐日本大使館、日中友好協會等機構給予后援，日中國際繪畫交友會、日中國際美術協會、香港國際藝術協會、北美視覺藝術研究院等的協力合作。 通過國際之間的書畫友好交流，促進文化藝術的振興，增進世界各國人民的友誼和團結。
本屆「東京國際書畫大賞展」將在東京都美術館2層第3展廳展覽，本次展覽將匯聚由北美視覺藝術研究院推選的6位藝術家的精彩藝術作品。由北美視覺藝術研究院院長葉麗博士Dr. Lily Gaia Ye做為參展單位總負責及本屆大展的評委之一，另外五位藝術家分別是張金榕，楊國芳，應予倩，張晨陽和霍東澤。此次展覽特殊之處在于不只是參展藝術家某件作品的單一呈現，而是在相應的時間空間內力求系統展示藝術家的創作歷程和個人發展脈絡，展現其生動的創作時態，探索優秀藝術家成長的新路徑，啟示藝術家國際化發展的新思考。北美視覺藝術研究院6位藝術家的作品， 都是在接受邀請后在主辦方規定的畫作尺寸的1-2天內創意完成。
東京都美術館介紹：
東京都美術館（相當于中國美術館）位于日本東京都臺東區上野公園內，上野公園不僅是休閑娛樂的公園，園內還有其他著名的博物館：東京國立博物館、國內西洋美術館、國立科學美術館等。東京都美術館的前身是東京府美術館。1926年，在得到煤礦大王——佐藤慶太郎捐贈當時世值一百萬日元的捐款，東京府美術館得以成立；1943年改名為東京都美術館。1995年其新館由前川國男建筑事務所斥資50億建造，落館于上野公園；整個美術館一共五層，地上三層地下兩層，入口位于負一層。

Six Cutting-Edge Contemporary artists from Greater American Institute of Art Have Won the important awards in 2022 the 15th Tokyo International Painting and Calligraphy Grand Prix Exhibition
Good news, from the country of cherry blossoms! 2022 the 15th Tokyo International Painting and Calligraphy Grand Prize Exhibition will be held in Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, Japan. Six cutting-edge contemporary artists from Greater American Institute of Art who are invited to participate in the 15thTokyo International Calligraphy and Painting Grand Prize Exhibition, have all won important awards. The physical offline exhibition and the opening ceremony of the awards will be held from May 29th to June 4th at Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum. Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum is the first national public art museum in Japan. Tokyo International Painting and Calligraphy Grand Prize Exhibition is also an important salon for international artists,
This exhibition is hosted by Japan International Art Research Institute, an NPO legal entity, and is supported by Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, Chinese Embassy in Japan, Japan-China Friendship Association, and other institutions. Japan-China International Painting Friendship Association, Japan-China International Art Association, Hong Kong International Art Association, Greater American Institute of Art also co-sponsored this event. Through the friendly exchange artworks of calligraphy and painting amongst countries, this exhibition will promote revitalization of culture and art, and enhance the friendship and unity of people from all over the world.
Tokyo International Painting and Calligraphy Grand Prize Exhibition this year will display all artworks in the 3rd exhibition hall on the 2nd floor of Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum. This exhibition will bring together the wonderful artworks of 6 artists selected by Greater American Institute of Art. Dr. Lily Gaia Ye, President of Greater American Institute of Arts, is one of the co-organizers and a judge of this exhibition. The other five artists are Jenny Baha, GuoFang Ghaffarian, Sherry Ying Ruden, Zhang Chenyang and Huo Dongze. The Unique feature of this exhibition is not only a single presentation of a specific artwork of the participating artists, but also a platform for communicating the artist's creative ideas and development context in the corresponding time and space, showing their vivid creative tense, and exploring the artistic growth of artists. The new path inspires new thinking of artists. All 6 artists of Greater American Institute of Arts are geniusly completed their artworks within 1-2 days based on the required dimensions and theme of the paintings specified by the organizer from Japan after accepting the invitation.
About the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum:
The Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum (equivalent to the National Art Museum of China) is located in Ueno Park, Taito District, Tokyo, Japan. Ueno Park is not only a recreational park, but also the home of many other famous museums: Tokyo National Museum, Domestic Western Art Museum, National Science Art Museum etc. The predecessor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum was the Tokyo Prefectural Art Museum. In 1926, the Tokyo Prefectural Museum of Art was established after receiving a donation of one million yen from the king of coal mines, Ketaro Sato. In 1943, it was renamed as Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Art. In 1995, its new museum was built by Maekawa Kunio Architects at a cost of 5 billion and settled in Ueno Park. The entire museum has five floors with three aboveground and two underground, and the entrance is located on the negative floor.

葉麗博士, Dr. Lily Gaia YE
藝術博士，畢業于南京藝術學院和斯坦福大學。現任北美視覺藝術研究院院長，曾執教于波特蘭藝術博物館，任職州政府亞太事務藝術委員會主席。她的畫作應邀參加了2015意大利世博會當代藝術展,2017法國大皇宮藝術財富沙龍展,2013和2019莫斯科世界油畫家藝術展，以及英國、韓國等十幾個國家的重大國際藝術展，作品屢次獲獎并被藝術機構和個人廣泛收藏。曾被美國俄勒岡州州長授予杰出藝術家稱號，并被載入美國全球名人錄。
Dr. Lily Gaia YE, she earned Doctor of Arts (D.A.) from Nanjing University of the Arts and Studied at Stanford University. She founded the Greater American Institute of Art and served as the President. She used to teach at the Portland Art Museum and chaired the Arts Council of Oregon Commission on Asian Pacific Affairs. Her paintings have been selected to showcase at 2015 Italian World Expo Contemporary Art Exhibition, 2017 French Royal Palace Art Fortune Salon Exhibition, 2013 and 2019 Moscow Art Exhibitions of Women Oil Painters in the World, as well as major international art exhibitions such as in the United Kingdom, South Korea and in dozens of other countries. Her artworks have won many awards. Governmental agencies, organizations and private collectors have acquired her paintings. Her biography has been listed in the “Global Directory of Who is Who” in United State.

應予倩 Sherry Ying Ruden
畢業于上海大學美術學院。近20年來，在任微軟資深設計師的同時，其美術作品在美國廣泛展出收藏并獲獎。深信東方禪宗哲學，她用色線型的抽象來觸動觀眾的想象力。色，墨，冷蠟及宣紙拼貼，她的創作過程既專注又自發。
Sherry Ying Ruden graduated from Shanghai Fine Art University. For nearly 20 years while working as senior designer at Microsoft, her artworks have been widely exhibited, collected, and awarded. Deeply influenced by Eastern Zen philosophy and the interconnectedness of all things, her pieces focus on the abstraction of objects. Ying's artistic process is specific yet spontaneous, allowing the imagery to evolve organically. She creates exclusively on Chinese rice paper with collage, ink, and cold wax.

霍東澤 Dongze Huo
本科2008年畢業于西安美術學院，2014年獲得美國舊金山藝術大學藝術碩士學位，2014年在舊金山藝術大學春季展上，獲研究生抽象繪畫二等獎，同年在圣克魯茲藝術聯盟國家藝術展中獲榮譽提名.迄今為止在美國已經參加了多項藝術展覽與作品的評選和報導，2015年他成為了紐約Chelsea地區老牌畫廊Phoenix Gallery的聯合會員藝術家，并且同年在RE:ARTISTE國際藝術大賽獲得最終入選名單與五位榮譽提名之一，2017年更是在布魯克林展望公園150周年慶的大型公共裝置藝術項目中，作品的圖片以項目組手工風車的裝置形式作為最終十名入選名單藝術家參與其中。現生活工作于西安培華學院。
He went on to study painting at Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts, where he earned his BFA in Painting in 2008. Later he earned his MFA in Painting from Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 2014. Huo has participated in numerous exhibitions around the United States. Huo was encouraged to experiment with new media and themes. Huo became an Associate Member at Phoenix Gallery in 2015, a prestigious artist cooperative turned community-oriented arts center, where he recently participated in a member group. During the same year, he has been awarded one of five Finalists and the Honorable Mention by RE:ARTISTE International Art Competition. In 2017, his artwork image was selected as one of ten Finalists for the 7000 Pinwheels public installation at Prospect Park Brooklyn by The Connective Project – Prospect Park’s 150th committee. He currently works at Xi’an Peihua University in Xi’an, China.

通過自身留學生活在不同文化環境背景的體驗，在不斷去適應和接受新的環境與文化的過程中，更加感悟到了東方哲學的包容和博大，通過無為與少即是多的生活理念表現在創作中， 放棄了對偶然性的限制。反映了人與社會，自然之間相互關聯，相互影響的微妙關系，也同時表達 了對不同文化元素之間和諧包容互敬，超越差異的一種大同理想。
張金榕 Jenny Baham
1969 年出生于臺灣，于 2013 年移民美國拉斯維加斯，師承厐均大師并有多次個展；于 2021 年九月份于維加斯克拉克郡“城市風光”繪畫比賽中，獲獎第一名！除多次獲獎，于 2021及 2022 年分別榮獲議員 Dina Titus 及 Susie Lee 指定為美國國家議員級別高中生繪畫比賽的評審之一。作品曾多次應邀至加州洛杉磯及新墨西哥州圣它菲知名畫廊，于維加斯藍天文化中心成立亞杰畫室（AJ Studio）。
Jenny Baham was born in Taiwan 1969 and immigrant to the United States in 2013. She learned from Master Pang, Jiun and had several exhibitions. She won “Best of Show” in Clark County CityScape 2021 competition. Besides many award winning, she was selected to be one of the judges of Congressional art competition of high school by Congresswoman Dina Titus in 2021 and Congresswoman Susie Lee in 2022. Jenny’s artworks are showing in galleries in Los Angeles, California and Santa Fe, New Mexico. On top of that, she devotes herself into education. She established AJ Studio in Lan Tian Cultural Center in Las Vegas, and contributed her talent to next generation.

職業畫家.1985年就讀于中國魯迅美術學院油畫系壁畫專業。1990年獲工藝美術系和油畫系雙學士學位。1994年移民美國，現居洛杉磯。在美留學期間她先后就讀于圣莫尼卡學院和加州大學洛杉磯分校學習動畫和多媒體。目前是美國油畫家協會會員、加州藝術家俱樂部會員、拉古納普林空氣畫家協會會員。2021油畫《Adobechurch》榮獲美國油畫家協會舉辦的“圣達菲精神”濕畫大賽獎。作品多次參加世界各地的國際藝術展，作品被國內外知名機構和個人收藏，多次獲獎。
Yang Guofang—GuoFang Ghaffarian, professionalpainter.
In 1985, he studied in the oil painting department of China Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, majoring in murals. In 1990, She obtained a double bachelor's degree from the Department of Arts and Crafts and the Department of Oil Painting. Immigrated to the United States in 1994 and now lives in Los Angeles. During her studies in the United States, she studied animation and multimedia at Santa Monica College and UCLA. She is currently a member of the American Oil Painters Association, a member of the California Artists Club, and a member of the Laguna Purine Air Painters Association. In 2021, the oil painting “Adobe Church” won the "Santa Fe Spirit" wet painting competition award held by the American Oil Painters Association. Her works have participated in international art exhibitions around the world for many times, and her works have been collected by well-known institutions and individuals at home and abroad and have won many awards.

張晨陽ChenyngZhang
西安美術學院碩士研究生學歷，作品曾多次入選國內外畫展。他深愛古都西安的熱土，喜愛中國的歷史文化，尤其向往盛唐時代的文化和藝術，他將各個歷史朝代的藝術形象和現代藝術形式相結合，在同一個畫面空間中采用了寫意語言和裝飾語言相結合，以及立體視效和平面形式相重疊的表現手法，營造出一種多元素交融的繪畫風格，表達了他對傳統文化和現代文化之間的很多問題的關注和探索。
He received his Bachelor’s and Master of Fine Arts degree from Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts. His works have been selected for many domestic and foreign art exhibitions. Immersed in the cultual atmosphre in Xi'an, the famed ancient Chinsese capital, he has always been inspired by the ancient Chinsese history and arts , especially that from the golden age of Tang Dynasty.Through combining historical Chinese and modern artistic forms, mixing the languages of liberal style and Art Deco, and blending three dimensional visual effects and flat painting forms, he has achieved a painting style charged with a variety of culutral elements, expressing his deep interests in he relationship between the tradition and the modern.
