迎接新世紀(jì)紀(jì)念鈔
為迎接新世紀(jì)、新千年的到來,中國人民銀行于2000年11月28日在全國發(fā)行了“迎接新世紀(jì)”一套(一張)。 “迎接新世紀(jì)”鈔面額為100元,票幅長165毫米,寬80毫米,材質(zhì)為塑料。其主色調(diào)為金黃色,正面主景以北京九龍壁為設(shè)計依據(jù),“龍”的左側(cè)為“火珠”吉祥圖案,票面左側(cè)透明視窗為“天壇”圖案,右側(cè)為動態(tài)全息標(biāo)志。背面主景為迎接新世紀(jì)的代表性建筑──中華世紀(jì)壇,上方為中國傳統(tǒng)“飛天”圖案和“中國人民銀行”漢語拼音,右上方為中華人民共和國國徽圖案,右下方為蒙、藏、維、壯四種民族文字的“中國人民銀行”字樣和面額。與現(xiàn)行人民幣具有相同職能,與同等面額人民幣等值流通。這張紀(jì)念鈔正面設(shè)計是依據(jù)北京北海公園九龍壁上“大升龍”設(shè)計而成,威嚴(yán)肅穆,似在歡欣鼓舞。龍鈔的背面圖案為迎接新世紀(jì)的代表性建筑“中華世紀(jì)壇”。票面的整體色調(diào)為橘黃色,大大凸顯皇家氣概。

The front design of this commemorative note is based on the design of the "big rising dragon" on the nine dragon wall of Beihai Park in Beijing. It is dignified and solemn, and seems to be jubilant. The back pattern of the Longchao is the representative building "China Century Monument" to welcome the new century.
